What are the Advantages of HVLS Industrial Fans?

HVLS industrial fans can be used in many applications, so what advantages does it have and can be widely used?

1. Cooling principle
The huge blade slowly rotates at work, driving plenty of air to flow downward continuously and scatter along the ground, effectively promoting air convection in a large range, rapidly mixing the fresh outdoor air, and bringing the heat outside to create a cool and cool comfortable environment.
The experiment shows that the body feels the most comfortable when the airflow velocity over the skin surface is between 1.2-2.3m/s, and there will be no discomfort even if it lasts for a long time. HVLS industrial fans operate slowly to produce a gentle breeze that continuously promotes evaporation of sweat on the surface of the body, thus giving a cooling effect of 3-5°C.

2. All-round ventilation
The air within the coverage area is stirred sufficiently to form an omnidirectional three-dimensional circulation in the whole space when the fan is running. A huge amount of air flows continuously without dead Angle in the room, forming an air layer about 2 meters high along the earth's surface. After mixing with fresh outdoor air, the air quality is rapidly improved. According to the actual test results, the coverage radius can reach more than 30 meters, and whose area can reach more than 2,800 square meters.

3. Economic saving
Large industrial fans can cover more than 1,300 square meters, at least equal to the coverage area of 12 small fans;
When the air conditioner is used in summer, it can reduce the refrigeration cost by up to 30%.
Eliminating cold and heat stratification in winter makes full use of heat, reducing energy loss and heating costs.
