First of all, we need to understand the configuration of the PMSM Fan. The configuration of the PMSM Fan is no different from that of other fans. It is mainly composed of the motor, control system, fan blade, mainframe, and screw, but the difference is their material. The motor of the PMSM Fan is a brushless synchronous motor with no gearbox and no maintenance cost in the later period. The whole machine is an intelligent frequency conversion control system, with functions of emergency start and stop, voltage impact protection, etc.; the fan blade is made of titanium magnesium-aluminum alloy, with the characteristics of high density, small size, and lightweight; the mainframe is made of A380 aluminum alloy, with the characteristics of high hardness and corrosion resistance; all screws are made of stainless steel, and the connection parts of the blade hub and connecting fan to the beam are all made of PU films to prevent the fan from producing resonance during operation, reduce the noise of the fan and prolong the service life of the fan.
Other industrial fans use traditional AC motors. Traditional motors need to be installed with frequency conversion boxes with reduction boxes to maintain internal gears. They are noisy, bulky, and heavy in quality. They need to be checked and maintained every year, which is very labor-intensive and not cost-effective for small enterprises. Motors of PMSM Fan do not need frequency conversion boxes, speed reduction boxes, and gear maintenance, and they have advantages of low noise, small volume, lightweight, and no need for inspection and maintenance, greatly reducing the worries of users, so the position of the PMSM Fan in the industrial ceiling fans industry is self-evident.
