The big fan industrial is a huge ceiling fan with a diameter of 7.3m! The streamlined fan blade manufactured by the aerodynamics principle and advanced technology can drive a large amount of air with only 1.5KW, generate a large area of natural breeze system, and play a dual function of ventilation and cooling. Compared with the traditional HVAC and small high-speed fans, it has incomparable application advantages and can be called the perfect solution for ventilation and cooling in large spaces. In order to ensure the service life of industrial fans, simple daily maintenance and inspection should be carried out during the use of industrial fans.
1. As the fan industrial is a high-speed running part, the lubricating oil mark of it must be checked before starting the machine, and the oil level should be on the red line.
2. The starting mode of fan industrial is the key to ensuring the safety of operation. Start-up shall be carried out according to the following requirements: special attention: start and shall be under no-load conditions.
A. The negative pressure fan of the hand plate is free of jamming;
B. Open the vent valve. First, the valve of the aeration pipe should be opened;
C. A specially designed starting box starts the fan industrial;
D. After the fan industrial reaches the rated speed, the vent valve shall be closed slowly, and the required position of the aeration regulating valve shall be adjusted according to the aeration volume requirements until all the vent valves are closed.
E. After the normal operation of an industrial, the temperature of the bearing part shall exceed the specification, generally≤50-60℃. Failure to start in the above manner may cause an overload of negative pressure fans and burn out negative pressure fans. To shut down the negative pressure fan, the reverse procedure shall be followed: slowly open the vent valve first and then shut down the negative pressure fan. Failure to comply with the requirements and sudden shutdown may cause pool water to pour into the negative pressure fan and damage the negative pressure fan.
3. If the fan industrial driven by wind is used, the silencing air pipe and muffler shall be installed at the air inlet; if the fan industrial based on water is used, the cooling water shall be turned on in advance, and the cooling water shall be turned after shutdown to keep the operation under good cooling regulation.
