The effect of traditional industrial fans mainly depends on three aspects. Generally speaking, the distance between every two traditional industrial fans can be between 15m-25m, which is a reasonable distance. In this area, it will achieve a relatively ideal effect.
The first is the distance from the horizontal plane of the blades to the roof. This area is known as the gas storage area. The traditional HVLS fan of tingling can produce 13000 cubic meters of air per minute. Therefore, after calculation, the optimal height of the gas storage area is more than 3 meters. If the height does not reach the ideal state due to the limit of driving or roof height, the air volume per minute will be greatly reduced due to the insufficient volume of air storage area; in this case, the density of the fan shall be increased.
The second is the height of the horizontal plane of the wind leaves from the ground. This height determines the coverage of the wind. When the height of the wind leaves is 6-8m, the wind pressure is strong, while the coverage area is small; when the height of the wind leaves is 9-13m, the wind pressure is slightly smaller, while the coverage area increases by 20-30%. When the level of the wind leaves is higher than 14 meters, the effect tends to weaken gradually. Therefore, if the horizontal plane of the wind blade is 6-8m above the ground, the fan density should be increased to cover the area perfectly; when it is 9-13m, the fan density can be reduced appropriately; when the horizontal plane of the wind blade is higher than 14m or above, the effect will be weakened, and try not to let the horizontal plane of the wind blade be at this height.
The third is the ground structure and component. If there are many ground equipment, partitions, and complex structures, the effect of wind will be greatly affected, and the density will increase.
